uptrideconnect is a local transport booking and management platform created to help passengers, drivers, and taxi business owners manage long-distance rides in a more organised, transparent, and professional way.
Many local transport businesses still depend on calls, WhatsApp messages, and manual booking lists. That can lead to missed bookings, unclear payments, poor records, and difficulty tracking driver activity. uptrideconnect was created to reduce that confusion and give transport businesses a simple digital system for bookings, drivers, payments, reviews, and reports.
uptrideconnect may collect and process information needed to run the transport booking service, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, selected routes, booking status, payment status, trip reviews, driver profile photos, and limited trip-related GPS tracking while a ride is active.
